From the moment we arrived at Cinco Tulum, we were embraced by the warmth of the staff. Joshua's genuine hospitality set the tone for our stay, making us feel welcome and cared for. The location right on Las Palmas Beach allowed us to wake up to breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sounds of the sea, creating a truly magical experience. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a variety of fresh fruits, toast, and coffee that exceeded our expectations. The on-site restaurant offered mouthwatering dishes like nachos, catch of the day, and grilled shrimp tacos, showcasing authentic gourmet Mexican cuisine and international flavors.One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Always friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and relaxing experience. The 2x1 cocktails during happy hour were a nice touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings of Playa Paraiso.The convenience of amenities like room service and tours/ticket assistance made our stay hassle-free, while the option of a paid airport shuttle service ensured seamless transportation to and from Cozumel International Airport. Cinco Tulum exceeded all our expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Mexican hospitality. We can't wait to return and indulge in this paradise once again.
